UCLA Biodesign Fellows
To leverage the strengths of the robust campus entrepreneurial ecosystem, UCLA Health and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA are joining with the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the UCLA Clinical and Translational Science Institute launched UCLA Biodesign. The UCLA Biodesign Fellowship is an exciting year-long entrepreneurial opportunity at a world-class health organization. UCLA Biodesign offers interdisciplinary fellowships for early-stage professionals working at the intersection of medicine, engineering, design and business. UCLA Biodesign Fellows will receive support from UCLA Health leadership and work alongside their clinicians to identify, invent and drive transformative innovations – from advanced devices to sophisticated digital therapeutics.
UCLA Biodesign invites engineering, medicine, design, and computer science professionals to join in their mission to transform healthcare. UCLA Biodesign maintains a strong commitment to diversity and equity in healthcare innovation. Fellows have the opportunity to leverage clinical and health IT resources at UCLA Health through clinical immersion across specialties. Fellows receive curated instruction during an intensive bootcamp and mentorship throughout the program from industry professionals with domain expertise across the healthcare ecosystem.
